Hangab Practitioner Training

Key pillars of the training are: handling the equipment, cultivating the art of touch, understanding various positions and sequences, and developing your own physical and mental positioning.

3 Stages to become a certified Hangab Practitioner:
The Basic 1 course is the first module, a 4 days training where you learn to do hangab-yoga (selfpraxis, pull yourself up) and you learn to lift someone else up until shoulderstand. So we learn to give, what we call ground sessions, which anybody can receive and can be considered a technique of itself.

During Basic 2 training, we will learn to lift someone's head off the ground , but more importantly, we will learn how to bring someone down safely. We'll study a series of positions, pay closer attention to the details, and demonstrate variations. Learning the dos and don'ts of guiding others while they are in the air is essential.

Content:
-
Talk before and after the session
-
Different pressure points
-
Swinging in resonace
-
Visual and intuitive perception of blockages
-
Intuitive Handson

-

In order to attend the Pro Training, you need to complete a case study on your own and document 9 Sessions (min 6 flying sessions) using our training log.
The third and final step to becoming a certified Hangab Practitioner is the Pro Training.
We learn to fully lift somebody (hands off ground). We will practise and examine the sequence of positions and prepare to officially work with Hangab in the outside world by passing the final certification Sessions.

Self-care is equally vital for any bodyworker. For practitioners, maintaining a personal self-practice is not just beneficial—it’s often essential. This allows you to stay in the flow, remain powerful and centered, and continue evolving on your own path. Your practice could involve yoga, meditation, music, nature walks, or any activity that helps you take time for yourself to reflect and recharge. Ideally, it combines physical movement with mental stillness.
We can best serve others when we first learn to serve ourselves.
The Practitioner Training is not only suited for those interested in working with Hangab but also offers a profound opportunity for self-discovery. It’s an invitation to retreat and reconnect with yourself. Through the alternating exchanges in the sessions, we learn to give and receive, to let go and to guide. We practice surrendering to the present moment while maintaining our composure and focus as we serve others.
Being an effective practitioner means holding space with clarity, understanding boundaries, and staying fully present in your own body while offering treatments to others. It’s about giving without depleting your own energy.
These qualities not only foster personal growth but are also incredibly practical tools for navigating daily life.
